This numbered silkscreen, #32/300, was created by the renowned artist Ikki Matsumoto in the late 1970s. Ikki's humor strikes again with this delightful piece. Jogging was becoming popular in the late 70's and the Loggerhead Sea Turtles a racing for their lives to the safety of the ocean, so Ikki combined the two. It was recently acquired from a collector's estate and comes with a dated frame and mats that are not acid-free, so we recommend replacing them for preservation purposes.
